Shipping, Refund and Returns Policy

Shipping and Handling Details

We ship ALL orders within 1 to 2 business days of payment, except for Business Sticker orders, which require customer approval of the artwork before shipping.

UPS Shipping Options

• UPS Ground Saver: Delivery time varies by destination (typically 2 to 6 business days)
• UPS Ground: Delivery time varies by destination (typically 1 to 5 business days)
• UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivers in 2 business days

Returns

We offer Free Returns.

If your product is defective, notify our staff immediately and we will send you a replacement.

We are unable to accept returns for:

• Retailer purchases
• Incorrectly purchased products
• Products damaged due to customer error
• Non‑damaged items
• Late deliveries caused by carrier delays

Cancellations

If you cancel your purchase within 12 hours, we can unconditionally refund your money.

Devoluciones

Si tu producto llega defectuoso, notifícanos de inmediato y enviaremos un reemplazo sin costo.

No podemos aceptar devoluciones de:

• Compras realizadas a minoristas

• Productos comprados incorrectamente

• Productos dañados por error del cliente

• Artículos sin daño

• Entregas tardías causadas por retrasos del transportista

Cancelaciones

Si cancelas tu compra dentro de 12 horas, podemos reembolsar tu dinero sin condiciones.
